Law360: “Validity Finance Trio Launches Litigation Funding Firm”

Law360 interviewed Dave Kerstein for an article on Arcadia’s launch that was published June 18, 2024.

The article discussed how Dave and fellow co-founders Ronit Cohen and Joshua Libling had joined forces for the new venture, pointing out that “All three will hold the title of managing director, working virtually for the first year or two, with a focus on U.S.-based commercial and patent litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration. ‘We’re very excited that we were able to raise this capital and kind of buck the trend of some consolidation across the industry and be a new entrant with a significant amount of flexible capital,’ Kerstein told Law360 Pulse in an interview…‘We really wanted to take the experience we had and all of the great relationships that had built,’ Kerstein said, and find stable, flexible capital partners to help build a platform ‘that would be long-lasting and that clients could use and rely and trust on.”
